Course Description:
Learn how to use the CRS “Comparable” feature to create a “CMA & Client Report” or a “Quick CMA” using tax records and MLS data. CRS is a free member benefit that ValleyMLS members have access to in their dashboard with access to tax records from all of the nine counties in our service area.
