Mandatory Broker Course (3 CE)

This Mandatory Broker CE class is a required course for all broker licensees.

Date: Tuesday, January 6th, 1:00 – 4:00 pm

Location: HAAR- 535 Monroe St. NW (in person only)

Instructor: Mike Sandoval 

Class Description:

You, the broker, are the key to managing risks in your office. It is up to you to ensure that your agents give service to the clients and produce income while staying out of trouble. Knowledge of the law and supervision of licensees are an Alabama qualifying broker’s best risk management strategies. These are also requirements of a qualifying broker. This course will cover the broker’s legal responsibilities and the best practices to implement. Some areas that the course will cover include the broker’s role in supervising licensees and creating and communicating policies and procedures for approved activities.

CE Credit: 3 HR Required CE for Brokers and 3 HR Elective for Salespeople

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 non-members
