Fast Stats for April 2019
April saw 688 units sold which is 119 more than March. Average sales price was up at $233,190 which is $9,364 more than April of last year ($223,826). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, dropped to 43 days. This is 18 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,157 active listings on the market.
