Fast Stats for June 2018
June saw 794 units sold which is 50 more than June of 2017 which saw 744 units sold. Average sales price was up at $247, 769 which is $32,713 more than June of last year ($215,056). The average days on market, the time it takes from when a listing enters the market until it receives a ratified contract, is still low at only 59 days, just 1 day shorter than May. And 14 days shorter than a year ago. Inventory continues to remain low with 1,744 active listings on the market.
