Fair Housing Challenge EXTENDED Through April!

PLEASE NOTE: THE FAIR HOUSING CHALLENGE HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH APRIL 30!

This week, HAAR President Zelda Friedman issued the Fair Housing Challenge to HAAR members and staff, following suit with NAR President Charlie Oppler’s directive earlier this month.

The “Fair Housing Challenge” involves completion of these three action items before April 30, 2021:

Fairhaven.REALTOR simulation, takes approximately an hour and a half to complete: https://fairhaven.realtor/home
The At Home With Diversity course, six hours, plus breaks: https://www.onlinelearning.realtor/A/Category/Index/114/

Completing these three programs will empower REALTORS® to confront and check their own biases; honor the Fair Housing Act; and work to end discrimination in housing, one interaction at a time.
