This course teaches agents to identify and prevent financial problems before they derail the deal. This course talks about why financial failures are of the top reasons that deals fall apart. It walks agents through aspects of preapproval versus pre-qualification, down payment and funds to close, appraisal gaps and property issues that cause issues with programs with FHA and VA, unrealistic timing, and the importance of having good communication between all parties working to get to closing.

CE Credit: 3 HR CE
