Class Description:
This course is designed to help real estate professionals better understand and navigate complex residential real estate transactions. Topics include estates and probate sales, bankruptcy transactions, short sales, divorce and court-ordered transactions, 1031 exchanges, wholesaling laws, legal entities, subdivision issues, and other transactions involving unique legal, title, or regulatory considerations. The course focuses on identifying potential issues early, understanding key timelines and approvals, and helping agents manage client expectations throughout the transaction process.
