Class Description: 

The new Risk Management: Signed to Sold course addresses the risk phase of a transaction between contract acceptance and closing, where deadlines, disclosures, forms, and communication errors can create significant legal, ethical, and financial consequences. Licensees will learn practical strategies for interviews and disclosures, proper documentation, handling common contract-to-close issues, and applying sound post-closing practices.

CE Credit: 3 HR required CE

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 non-members
