The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation equips REALTORS® with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently assist mature clients with buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, and planning for the future.

How to Earn It

  • Complete the official 2-day SRES® Designation Course
  • Maintain active membership:
    • Must be an active member of:
      • National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)
      • Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD)
    • First year membership included
    • Annual renewal fee: $99 after the first year
