Class Description:

The probate court features heavily in the real estate industry in everything from real estate planning to title and the transfer of property. This CE class serves to provide REALTORS® with a better understanding of how the probate court can influence all aspects of the real estate closing.

In this class we will cover:

-What is probate?

-The basics of title, including deeds, chain of title and more

-The basics of estate planning, including wills, selling property held by an estate, testate vs. intestate succession and more

CE Credit: 3 HR CE

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 non-members
