Class Description: .

Gain a better understanding of the home inspection process and the important role radon testing plays in protecting homebuyers. This course covers Alabama home inspection standards, common property defects, inspection reports, radon risks, testing procedures, and mitigation options. REALTORS® will learn what to expect during inspections, how to better prepare clients, and how to navigate potential issues that may arise during a transaction.

CE Credit: 3 HR CE

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 non-members
