This class is a practical course led by Alan Judge that helps agents navigate inspection and repair negotiations.  This class breaks down the inspection addendum, explains paragraph 4(a) of the Financed Sales Contract and clarifies what “as is” really means for your clients.  Agents will also learn the do’s and don’ts of negotiating repairs, giving them the tools to communicate effectively, set expectations and move transactions smoothly to the closing table.

CE Credit: 3 HR CE
