You must carry a “FSBO Deal” (tennis ball) across the finish line using only a legal-sized clipboard. Drop the deal\, and your team freezes!\nStage 3: ‘The Escrow Leak’ – A blind water-passing relay. Teammates must pass water over their heads to fill the “Target Escrow” bucket.
