Keisha Tibbs, Executive Assistant
Please join us in welcoming Keisha Tibbs to the HAAR family as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Keisha will administer informational packets for Board Meetings, agendas, minutes, Leadership Team coordination, meeting preparation, and other critical tasks that will bring even more efficiency to operations at HAAR and ValleyMLS.
Born in Germany in a military family, Keisha moved to Huntsville when she was young. She is married with two wonderful children, aged 10 and 13.
Keisha comes to us from Huntsville-Madison County Public Library where she worked as an HR Assistant to the HR Director.
She has also served our community at the Madison County Commission’s Fire Marshall’s office.
Keisha attended ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Drafting and Design Technology. She enjoys creating custom graphic designs, stationary, logos and making anything look good on paper.
Abbi Johnson, Professional Development Adminstrator
Abbi Johnson has been promoted to the role of Professional Development Administrator. In her new role, Abbi will manage the administration of HAAR’s in-person and online education programs and professional standards programs. Together with Mike Sandoval, our Professional Development Manager, Abbi will map out and implement plans to help equip REALTORS® with a new knowledge base and raise the level of professionalism in our area.
Abbi was hired as Board Services Coordinator in June of 2019, coming to HAAR from WAFF48, where she served as the digital content manager and the host of Tennessee Valley Weekend. Please join us in congratulating Abbi!
