DESCRIPTION:Mandatory Broker Course (3 CE)\nThis Mandatory Broker CE class is a required course for all broker licensees.  \nDate:  Thursday\, August 13th 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm  \nLocation: HAAR- 535 Monroe St. NW (in person only) \nInstructor: Melanie Brooks \nClass Description: \nYou\, the broker\, are the key to managing risks in your office. It is up to you to ensure that your agents give service to the clients and produce income while staying out of trouble. Knowledge of the law and supervision of licensees are an Alabama qualifying broker’s best risk management strategies. These are also requirements of a qualifying broker. This course will cover the broker’s legal responsibilities and the best practices to implement.
