Designed to provide greater clarity and consistency, the updated form outlines a more clearly defined process for inspection-related repair requests, including specified time frames and clearer options for purchasers when responding to a seller’s decision.

The new Inspection Addendum will be available in the ValleyMLS forms libraries in Dotloop and Paragon beginning November 16.
