Class Description:

Beyond the Basics is an advanced real estate class that helps agents navigate complex transactions involving estates, probate, and divorce. Participants will learn to spot title issues early, communicate effectively with clients in sensitive situations, and use public records to research ownership, liens, and other key property details. The course is designed to strengthen practical skills and enhance professional credibility for both new and experienced agents.

CE Credit: 3 HR CE

Cost: FREE for HAAR members! $35 non-members
