It’s time to showcase your team spirit, and find out which brokerage truly rules Madison County. Clear your calendars for the ultimate showdown: the HAAR Battle of the Brokerages on September 17th!Whether you’re competing for glory or cheering from the sidelines with a cold drink, this is the can’t-miss, family-friendly event of the season.

When: Thursday, September 17th | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Madison Preserve (29167 Satilla Cir, Madison, AL 35756)
Admission: $35 per person | Add $10 to bring non-Realtor family members!

The Vibe: Kid-friendly, high energy, and fiercely competitive. We’ve got a live DJ booked to keep the beats pumping, local food trucks serving up incredible treats for purchase, and our friends from Wayne’s Pest Control will be on-site! Proceeds go to ARPAC.

🏃‍♂️ Main Event: The Brokerage Gauntlet
Think your team has what it takes to close the ultimate deal under pressure? Your brokerage will need a mix of speed, strategy, and teamwork (kids and adults alike!) to survive these four Realtor-themed stages:
Stage 1: ‘Digging for the Closing Keys’ – Teammates will race to dig through a massive vault to find the hidden key and sprint to unlock the next station.
Stage 2: ‘The FSBO Balance Act’ – A high-stakes balance race. You must carry a “FSBO Deal” (tennis ball) across the finish line using only a legal-sized clipboard. Drop the deal, and your team freezes!
Stage 3: ‘The Escrow Leak’ – A blind water-passing relay. Teammates must pass water over their heads to fill the “Target Escrow” bucket. No looking back until escrow is officially closed!
Stage 4: ‘Race to Record the Deed’ – The final sprint to the “Courthouse” (pop-up tent) to plant the giant “SOLD” sign and smash the buzzer to lock in your brokerage’s official time.
The Brokerage with the best time wins the grand prize and the inaugural Battle of the Brokerages trophy!
